4. Eligibility

10. Intellectual Property

  • source code;
  • AI-generated educational content.

Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property.

11. Restrictions

You must not:

  • download protected content;
  • share accounts;
  • resell training;
  • reverse engineer software;
  • remove copyright notices;
  • upload malware;
  • interfere with platform security.

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination.

12. Organisation Accounts

Organisations purchasing licences are responsible for:

  • managing learners;
  • ensuring accurate learner records;
  • maintaining confidentiality of login credentials;
  • complying with applicable employment and data protection laws.

Organisation administrators are responsible for users added under their licence.

13. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • harass others;
  • upload unlawful material;
  • infringe intellectual property rights;
  • impersonate another person;
  • misuse assessments;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse occurs.

14. Artificial Intelligence

Reach Courses may utilise artificial intelligence to support:

  • learning recommendations;
  • assessments;
  • chatbot assistance;
  • content generation;
  • administrative support.

AI-generated content is reviewed but should not be relied upon as legal, medical or professional advice.

15. Website Availability

Whilst we aim for uninterrupted availability, we do not guarantee that the Website or Services will always be available.

Maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary interruptions.

16. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Digital content accessed or substantially consumed may not be eligible for refund where permitted by UK consumer law.

22.3 Payment must be made using an approved payment method made available through the Website.

22.4 Reach Courses reserves the right to use third-party payment processors. We do not store full debit or credit card details on our systems.

22.5 Where payment is unsuccessful, suspended, reversed, or subject to a chargeback, we may suspend access to the relevant Services until payment has been successfully received.

22.6 Organisational customers purchasing via invoice agree to settle all invoices within the agreed payment period. Late payment may result in suspension of learner access and may incur statutory interest and recovery costs where permitted by law.

23. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

23.1 From time to time Reach Courses may issue promotional offers, discount codes or special pricing.

23.2 Promotional codes:

  • cannot usually be combined with other offers;
  • have no cash value;
  • may expire without notice;
  • may be withdrawn at our discretion.

23.3 We reserve the right to cancel any promotional offer where fraud, misuse or technical error has occurred.

24. Corporate, School and Organisation Licences

24.1 Organisation licences are intended solely for the purchasing organisation.

24.2 Licences may not be transferred, sold, sublicensed or assigned without our prior written consent.

24.3 Organisations are responsible for ensuring:

  • learners are genuine employees, volunteers or authorised users;
  • learner records remain accurate;
  • licences are used only within the purchased allocation.

24.4 We reserve the right to audit licence usage where misuse is suspected.

24.5 Deliberate misuse may result in suspension or termination of the licence without refund.

25. Learning Records

Reach Courses may maintain records relating to:

  • course enrolments;
  • assessment attempts;
  • certificates;
  • CPD hours;
  • completion dates;
  • learner activity.

These records assist organisations in demonstrating compliance with internal training requirements and regulatory expectations.

26. Assessments

Assessments are designed to evaluate learning outcomes.

Users must not:

  • impersonate another learner;
  • share assessment answers;
  • attempt to manipulate assessment systems;
  • use automated software to complete assessments.

Where academic dishonesty is suspected, Reach Courses may invalidate results and remove certificates.

27. Certificates

Certificates remain the intellectual property of Reach Courses.

Certificates may include:

  • learner name;
  • course title;
  • completion date;
  • certificate reference number;
  • CPD hours (where applicable).

Reach Courses reserves the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud, misuse or administrative error.

28. CPD Accreditation
